Having now read the 21 posts on this subject, I note Norman's is from 1963
and cost him ten pounds, mine from about the same period cost thirteen
pounds and ten shillings with hard carrying case. The serial number of my
first machine is C0865 (or it might have been CO865, not sure if the second
character is a nought or an o).
