[access-uk] Alternative ways of adding rss feeds in IE7?

Hi, I'd like to add feeds from the Times newspaper, but can't do it. I've
pasted the URL to the feeds on offer below and if anyone could help that'd
be great. When I'm on the page and try to activate the feed discovery
option in tools I can't because it's unavailable. So I'm clicking on
individual links to feeds and looking in tools again for an option to
subscribe to that feed and there's no option to subscribe to that feed or
any button on the page to subscribe to the feed. Am I supposed to copy the
urls of the feeds I want into IE7 manually rather than trying to do it from
the tools menu and if so, where the option? Here's the page of feeds from
