Hi. Thanks for that. I set my default assistant to Alexa and ran in to this
glitch. I wish there was a way to disable hints on Talkback. My other problem
with Talkback is that you can’t play and pause media with a gesture like double
tap with 2 fingers but you can with Samsung’s own Voice Assistant screen reader
which operates similarly to Voiceover on the iPhone.

I've found the only way to use Alexa without an issue on my Android phone is
to connect headphones.

Subject: [access-uk] Alexa on Android
Hi. I’ve installed the Alexa app on my phone but I’m having problems when
I summon Alexa as Talkback talks over it which means that my request is not
heard. Talkback is usually giving out hints in the same way as Voiceover on
the iPHone and is there a way of disabling hints as I think this will resolve
the issue.
