Hi Mary. Sorry, that doesn’t work for me. I went through all that, and it still
didn’t work at the end. It actually says on my iPhone, that it is connected to
the Internet but when I try and use Alexa, she does not respond. I am glad that
you managed to get yours working, and will keep trying with mine.

I have solved the problem of Alexa and Sky.
In setup it asks if you can see the orange light, tap the button under this,
and then hold down the action button on the Echo for six seconds until Alexa
says you are in setup mode. After that everything should work as normal.
The Amazon Wi-Fi will come up in your settings on your phone.
