Hi Ian,

In Settings, you have to select your Alexa device first, before you see the
language option.

So I think it is Settings, then Devices, then select your device, then you can
change the language.

All the best

Steve

That's the problem. When you go into the settings on the phone on tablet, there
is no option to change the language. My wife tells me this is the same on her
Samsung devices.

Subject: [access-uk] Alexa Problem

Hello
child friend of mine is having problems with the Amazon Alexa app on
her iPhone. The voice Alexa is speaking with is the American voice and
this seems to be having an adverse effect on skills she can use. For
example, she seems unable to use the BBC skill. On the app on her
phone, how can she change the voice to UK?

Any suggestions welcome.
