Hi,

I don't know the answer, but has anyone tried phoning Amazon themselves to
ask about the problem and alert them to it? That's 08002797234.

Best,
Clive

Subject: [access-uk] Alexa Problem

Hello
child friend of mine is having problems with the Amazon Alexa app on her
iPhone. The voice Alexa is speaking with is the American voice and this
seems to be having an adverse effect on skills she can use. For example, she
seems unable to use the BBC skill. On the app on her phone, how can she
change the voice to UK?

Any suggestions welcome.
