Hi List.

Has anyone any experience of this problem?

I've got a couple of PDF attachments that need to be opened with a password.
I've saved the attachments and entered the password, but all I then get is
the above message.

"Alert: Protection Failure".

I've had a look at the security settings on the PDF, and one line stood out.

"Content extraction for accessibility: Not allowed".

Has this anything at all to do with why I can't get these PDF's to open? And
if this is relevant, does this mean I'm going to need help from someone
without a screen reader to open the documents, save them and send them back
to me as text?

I'm struggling for a solution here.

Regards.

Darran
