Hi Ed, You have to install Outlook Enhance first, it is not a default app. This is in AppGet. Then press control backslash to bring up the Window-Eyes control panel. Go into the Apps menu with alt a, or just press the alt key to bring up the menu bar and arrow across to the Apps menu. Move down the Apps menu until you locate the Outlook Enhance submenu. Note that you won't see this unless Outlook is open. Also note that it is Outlook Enhance that you need, not the similarly named Office Enhance Open the submenu and find the Add-in Settings submenu. In there, enable Message Virtualisation, Window-Eyes should say that message virtualization is checked if it is enabled. You may then need to close and restart Outlook for your changes to take effect. I have recently upgraded to 2010 from MS 2003 and am finding it very different to use. There is so much verbage, like, announcing fields, hypolinks and a whole lot more. I find it almost impossible to interact with the e-mails I receive, for the most part having to use my mouse keys to read. Also, I can no longer activate a link just tabbing to it. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you, Maureen.
