go to the addressbook in start menu, programmes, addressbook.  once there
hit alt f then e, choose wab file.  name the addressbook my addressbook or
something similar, then copy it to a removaable drive, once at the new pc,
insert the disc/pen drive into the pc and launch the addressbook application
as above until you get to the main window of the addressbook application.
once there, hit alt f then i, import, select wab file, then choose the file
from the removable disc and hit enter.  you should be notified when all's
copied over to the new pc.
