Hi Adrian,
At least if you restore the Recovery Disks you can in all honestly say
that you are selling it with the operating system exactly as supplied
ex shop. Don't forget to include the Recovery Disks with the sale.
They are pretty much useless on anything else except a similar or same
Toshiba laptop.

Yes I have the original recovery disks, but they are not
service pack 3. I can get that installed.
