Hi I have a toshiba laptop, it is in good working order. I want to sell it but I'm not sure of the legalities of selling it with licensed software on it. I want to format it in any case to get rid of all traces of my personal software and hal etc. I will put windows xp on it but I won't supply the license key, is this ok? Or how should I go about this? I'll supply the driver cd's etc. your thoughts and tips please.
