No, sorry ...

I'll try to check my husband's Advent later to see exactly what our connection says ...

Yes it is on as it finds the available network around. However, now
it says f12 when I press caps lock key, any idea what it is?

Yes, come to think of it, I think ours was turned off when we first
started.

(Thanks for the memory jogger, Amro, and I'm sorry I didn't think of
that at the time I wrote.

Hi Ali,

From memory, you need to press the Function key with F11 to turn
wireless on.

Good morning all,
I just got one of those Advent 4213 over the weekend, and, I am
quite impressed with it. However, I have one problem. I have been
trying to get it on my wireless network at home without a luck.
Does anyone have one of these notebooks and can help me please

Wireless setting is on WPA and 64 bit incription.

Thank you.
