Hello Roger, I am in a similar position and have not yet found a solution, so I hope someone can come up with one. I am trying to delete folders which I am unable to delete because despite being a single user with administrator privileges, Windows does not allow me to delete the folders. I am trying to abolish Panda Security software; I guess the developers have put obstructions in my way. I am the single user of this computer so not too sure what is meant here. How do I actually become the Administrator?
