Hi Donna, Before you press Next to proceed with the scan, make sure that your set to perform a Full system scan, as opposed to the Smart Variety. By default, the latter is selected. If you need help in setting this up, don't hesitate to contact me. I was wondering if anyone can tell me, when I am in Addaware, I do control and S to start my scanning as I have the JAWS scripts. It tells me it is scanning drive C, but I'm not sure whether it scans drive F or not. Does anyone know if I will need to change the settings to include F? I also wondered the same for AVG. I've looked but can't find anything as yet so not sure if it'll scan my F drive automatically. I have the free versions of both AVG and Addaware.
