[access-uk] Add remove programs.

Hi all,
I am using Windows xp. Please can some one tell me, in add remove programs,
which one of these buttons do I have to use, the first one says change
remove, the second one says, change or remove programs. As this is the first
time I have wanted to remove somethink since upgrading to xp, I thought I
had better find out first before going ahead. Thanks in advance for any
help.
