was after.

Just the surprise at not being given it the two times I tried 195.

Hi Ray

Just tried it for you with BT Directory Enquiries on 195, and they
couldn't
give me the number either.

I would phone their London HQ and ask to either be put through to the
Birmingham office, if they can transfer you, or request a number and
advise
them it isn't available under the method you and I have just tried.
Alternatively, perhaps their website will list different offices
somewhere.
