Have you tried Image for windows? Totally accessible and allows you to create recovery disks which you can boot from to restore your system. A tutorial and purchase link can be found at http://www.accessible-devices.com/ImageForWindows.html.

It's not usable with any screen reader IMHO.

I had to get my money back after buying 2010.

Shame as I'm still looking for an imaging utility for Windows 7 that isn't
the Backup utility which has issues.

Does anyone know if Acronis True Image 2010 is accessible with Jaws? I have 
an earlier version which is mostly doable with the Jaws cursor, but
apparently it has a new interface. I would like to upgrade as it has some
