Not a cat in hell's chance, since the NHS don't even have the resource
to correctly or adequately treat/communicate with, users with no special
requirements.
There remain countless *.gov.uk resources online that break the UK
government's own rules.

communication support if they need it.
5 All organisations that provide NHS or adult social care must follow the
standard.
This includes NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts, and GP practices.
Organisations that pay for and make decisions about NHS and adult social
care services must also support the standard.
