Well, surely it's no more likely than someone opening a misdelivered letter.
HMRC already communicates to me a certain amount of info via e-mail. I
think I probably had to confirm that I was happy for this to happen.
For more confidential matters such as tax calculations, the HMRC site is
very accessible.

Well if they send email to you, and it ends up in someone
else's inbox, would you sue the doctors? I think it's this sort
of issue the doctors are worried about.

well I have both those things also but when I asked if I could communicate
with them via email and say to me that said absolutely not.
