You are totally right!
In fact, I am just struggling with viewing a calendar on BA's
homepage. It is driving me mad!
However, usually, the problem I encounter when wanting to go on a
holiday is how to go and how to orientate around the city. Being
totally blind, it can make something which is supposed to be
adventurous, really stressful and horrifying.

Hint: Expedia's IPhone app is fully accessible and really easy to
book! They also offer packages flight+hotel.

Hi,
Not sure what you mean? For holiday websites, if you can't use the
calendar the website doesn't work at all.

Hi,

Thanks for that, but they appear to only offer beach holidays; I'm
looking for a city break. Might be useful in a few months time though.

their site seems ok! so jet2 are the only viable option for searching

Subject: [access-uk] Accessible holiday websites

Hello,

Glorious times! Travel supermarket now seems not to work with screen
readers, as their new calendar is totally inaccessible ('has pop-up
apparently, but no pop-up can be found.)
As I would like to go on holiday this year, does anybody know of a
website that is accessible?

Thanks,
-James
