Hi Barry
While I know you are correct in saying it would not be possible to put
the number on the card, I can't help thinking this only goes some way to
serving the blind and partially sighted community.
It is like our blue badges. They both have braille on them, but all it
says is "Front". This is daft as the person who is parking their car and
actually using the badge should have enough vision to know which way
round it should go. If not, they should not be driving.
