Why not buy a router that has VPN as part of it. My Draytek has VPN and it
cost me precisely nothing for unlimited service.
Business grade routers tend to have VPN built into them.

irrespective of whether you take out a paid plan with them. They are the
only VPN to my knowledge that offers clean, accessible clients on all the
major platforms including pc, Android and iOS. You can get a year service,
they call it the grizzly bear naturally for £59.99 per year.
