Hi Mike,

I believe Juice is specifically for Podcasts. You could either install
Accessible RSS, or look at a better one, such as News Aloud from
http://www.nextup.com. Sure it is not free, but News Aloud is my favourite
one.

All the best

Hi,

Can you use Juice to pick up RSS newsfeeds, or should I install Accessible
RSS? From Vince's explanation, I think I shouldn't have to.

Hth,

Mike

Hi Steve,

Getting RSS news is a bit like e-mail, in that you start your news reader
program, and, all being well, in comes the latest news on your chosen
topics. You'll only get a snippet of each story, though, and you will want
to select anything interesting and look at it in full on the Web. With
Accessible RSS reader, I don't believe the stories are stored on your system

at all, though I may have missed something. When you slect a story, your web

browser will launch and whatever page you go to will be in your temporary
internet files like a lot of other things. Other news programs may work
differently and download whole stories - I have an idea the Lektora plug-in
does that, for example. If a story is worth saving, you can always use the
Save As menu option in your browser.

Vince.

Many thanks for your explanation Vince. As and when I get some RSS feeds
that contain news of interest to me is the information sent like an E-mail
and placed in your in box or is a folder created somewhere.

  Steve
