[access-uk] Accessible Podcaseter

Some time ago there was discussion of the software from Manchester given in the
Subject line. I think that we all agreed that its name was somewhat
misleading. I have
just noticed that a new version has been released, still retaining the
"Accessible", which
some thought implied that other programs were not Accessible, but Podcaster has
now
become Podcatcher which is a much better reflection of what it does.
