Well observed, Iain, and looking at it again, I'm getting the same results.

Accessible Radio, by the same makers is working fine - I'm listening to Five
Live as I type.

I looked at the configuration of REal Alternative while I was at it, and
tweaked a couple of settings, but it hasn't made any difference. If you
can't get JAWS to wrok in the config screen, Narrator works fine!!!
