Not Jackie, but I am interested in joining this list. I had a look at the
link, but forgive me I am probably stupid, I could not find the e-mail address
to join. Does anyone have it please?

  Hi Jackie,
in addtion to the resources for Audacity which have already been mentioned,
there's also an Audacity4blind mailing list:
  //www.freelists.org/list/audacity4blind

This list is low volume, and if you decide to use audacity, you should be
able to get your questions answered there,

  David.

  original message:
Could I please correct an error I made in my earlier plea for help, when I
said that the software being used during my lecture yesterday was called
Adobe Additions version three. I believe it is actually Adobe Auditions
version three. But either way, I am not sure I have heard anybody using
  this with JAWS.

But, as requested previously, any assistance with something accessible that
would do the job, such as Audacity, would be great.

  Many thanks.

  Kind Regards,

  Jackie Cairns
