DVDShrink will also do this with the added function of compressing the video files to fit more onto the DVD. Easy to use with JAWS 9 but some jaws cursoring is required.

Hi James, yes, you could use nero vision, but you'd find convert x to dvd, a programme made by vso a lot easier, with one proviso. Some builds are more jaws friendly than others. They all are to a great extent, but if you want total accessibility I'd suggest you try to get version 2.99. That's the one I use. It's very easy to operate. Just add your video files, set the options for chapters, menu etc and click convert. I haven't tried the latest version, but I found that as of version 3 the accessibility was more hit and miss.

Subject: [access-uk] Accessible DVD Making Software?

Hello,

I need to make some DVD's for my Dad that will play in a standard DVD player. Basically, I have 3 seasons of a TV show, with about 7 episodes in each season. I want to fit as many episodes on each DVD as possible, and allow my Dad to jump through them. Normally I would just burn the .avi files, however I need to actually put together a DVD. If I could insert random chapter breaks also that would be great. I've heard Nero is good for this sort of thing, ut not sure if its still accessible? Any and all recommendations welcome. Thanks in advance.
