Hi Husna,
Teamviewer is a very widely used remote support tool. Do you know the person
who is trying to connect and have you asked them for help or did they approach
you? The best way for an organisation to connect to you via Teamviewer is a
one off session launch via a link or specific webpage. If they ask you to
install the TeamViewer client be sure to uninstall it afterwards.
Kind regards,
Stewart.

Subject: [ AVG SPAM] [access-uk] teamviewer
Hi,
I had to let a technical support person connect to my computer using teamviewer
as he said this was the best way to solve the problem. i was wondering if this
is okay to do and are there likely to be any problems or safety implications
from doing this? will he be able to access my computer later to monitor
activity or download documents etc?
Thank you
