Hi Carol,
I think you want to hit alt V to bring down the view menu, then arrow
right to find a list of options. I think you want to select. Unread
Messages. This will tell Outlook to show only unread messages. Read messages
are imediatley hidden when read.

Subject: [access-uk] ARCHIVING IN OUTLOOK

Hi all,

I'm having problems archiving my messages in Outlook and am not quite
sure what's going wrong. (Perhaps I don't fully understand.)

I don't want to permanently delete anything but do want all messages
archived and therefore *not* showing in my general Outlook folders.

If anyone does this successfully, please tell me what settings you have.

Thanks.
