hello carol, yes i would not touch it with a very long pole. barclays do not
send out emails of any type what so every.
just delet it and forget abouut it.

I can't find this as a listed hoax but I'm sure Barclays shouldn't need to be doing this and probably have all needed telephone numbers anyway.
