Hi Graham. All sorted now thanks.

Yep, I just don't have Publisher installed, nor do I wish to.

But anyway, all done!

Carol, Old she may be but it would be helpful to explain to her that she is in fact waisting precious time using publisher to write letters and it does seem a really odd choice. I don't know how easy it is to save documents from Publisher as text, maybe someone else here does. Maybe it is possible from the save as box within publisher itself. If you have a full version of Microsoft Office you should have publisher so you could try this.

Cheers

Hi all,

I've just received a late Christmas letter from an elderly friend of mine who struggled for some time to get the attachment to send to me and I don't like to tell her that I can't read this Publisher document after the trouble she's already taken.

Anyone know of a utility to read it, please?

I tried to open it in my version of MS Word but only got font and page information.

Any help would be most welcome. Thanks.
