all of them are capped to some degree.  If they are not transparent and 
honest about it then they have a hidden fair usage policy that they can call 
on if you download a lot of data.

HOw much do you expect to be downloading per month, roughly?

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend  a reliable ADSL provider that's not capped.  I am
currently with Demon Internet, and very happy with the service. The Demon
service I have isn't capped, but the cost per month is far higher than most.
