Currently not as far as I know. Only Demand 5, Netflix and a few others have
this.

Subject: [access-uk] AD ON SKY GO DOWNLOADS
Having recently installed Sky Go on my iPad Mini 2 I’ve been enjoying season 1
of Game Of Thrones which I did not catch in its original transmission.
However, there are elements of the shows, including some of the action
sequences and in particular those parts which are subtitled because the
dialogue is in an invented language where audio description would be very
useful. Does anyone know whether it’s possible to download AD versions of
shows? alternatively is it possible to turn on AD on shows which have been
downloaded?
