Ah useful to know. I should have realised since to use the listen again on the site you need realplayer, and yet I don't have it installed so now I know.

Errors with rmoc.dll indicate that you have to install RealPlayer or
Real Alternative:

The new BBC stuff is interesting, looking forward to seeing what I can
do with it.

Hi,
I can use the BBC iPlayer with no problems, I download programs with it all the time, and don't even have the accessible version installed.

   Hi Andy and Erica,
I have just redownloaded the 3.74 version and re-installed the full WebbIE and all installed very successfully. I then launched it and the BBC IPlayer loaded up the listen again with no problems. If you are experienceing any problems, I think now Alasdair may need to come in and help out.

   Best wishes,

From the earlier thread I got the idea to test out the new accessible iPlayer.
I installed it but got the following error:

   BBC Listen Again and iPlayer
Component 'rmoc3260.dll' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
   OK

what does this mean, and how do I rectify the problem?
   Any help greatfully received.
   Erica.
