Hi,
Problem with those programs is when you come to install a new program, you have
to go to some trouble to unfreeze it. Also some programs don't like the
inability to change anything.

"freeze" the current system state. Any changes you make from this point
forward will be discarded upon a reboot. It's free and accessible. Here
