There are a couple of tools you might find useful, I am not sure how well they
worth with assistive technologies though.
The first is FolderSize which will open a second window when in Computer which
shows the sizes of folders and will generally be in size order.
The second is TreeSize, I believe there is still a free version. This does the
same as FolderSize but generates a report of the folders of the selected drive
at that particular point in time.
It is also well worth running Disk Cleanup to see how much that could save you.
You could adjust IE temp folder size and Recycle Bin size as well.
If you have System Protection(Restore Points) configured it might be worth
reducing the number of those you have too.
