Vanja, Some months ago I wanted to set up an account to use the Google News Groups and even with my wife's help did not seem to be getting anywhere. So I sent an e-mail to their Support team. Within the hour they had set up an account for me and sent me a password. Later I received a further message saying how much they appreciated the feedback and my suggestion as to how they could help visually impaired people in future. They assured me that their development team now had the matter in hand. Very different from my experience of other organisations - yahoo in particular!
