[access-uk] A problem with my GGMM E5 Bluetooth Speaker

Hi all,

I am using Windows 10, with Jaws 2018. The GGMM E5 Bluetooth Speaker, that I use with my laptop has stopped working. When I press the on button it plays a jingle, but then it plays a shorter jingle. So how do I get it to communicate again with my laptop?. Thanks in advance for any help.
