Whenever I receive a video call on WhatsApp, I can't answer it from the lock
screen, I have to physically open the app to answer it. Clearly I am doing
something wrong, so could someone advise please? I am using an iPhone 8
with the latest iOS release. I don't have any problems answering phone
calls, it only seems to be in WhatsApp.
