[access-uk] A PDF Problem

Hi List.
I've got a 70 page PDF article that JFW 7 can't, or won't read, but Narrator
will!
The option of saving as a text document is also unavailable.
Can anyone throw any light on this one? Just how do I get JFW to oblige!
