Carol, have found the below in the manual which answers your music question.

Supported audio files formats are: .mp3, .wav, .aac, .flac, .ogg, .mid,
.3gp, .mp4, .m4a.

Thanks, Jackie. From your responses it would indeed be good to know, perhaps

from Steve, which cards the phone will accept and what capacity can be used.

I'm also still keen to know about the M4A format and any other formats that 
may be supported but not documented.

Steve, could you also confirm whether or not they are still very actively 
looking for other phones onto which to put Telorion?
