Hi Ibrahim,

It says that I have 4 changes remaining. Then it says,To change the current region, select a geographic area, and then click OK. And then it gives a list of regions, starting with Afghanistan.
All the best

Hi Petrina.

Firstly, please could you check that you still have the ability to change region? Most dvd drives will be locked after five region changes, and if this is the case then you will not be able to change the region again on that drive. You can check the current region in the control panel, system, device manager and then cd dvd drives. Find the drive you want to check, select properties and go to the region tab in the multi page dialog box that appears. You may need to use your screen reader cursors, but carefully examine the dialog box. You will find region changes remaining and current region. Get back to me with these bits of information.

All the best, Ibrahim.
