There are some amazing Christmas adverts around this year which almost
deserve audio description!
My husband loves the John Lewis Christmas advert which has a Dad building a
trampoline with a boxer dog looking on from indoors. To a mellow version of
"One Day I'll Fly Away" the boxer looks on as during the night foxes,
squirrels and a hedgehog all come and play on the trampoline whilst he
whines unhappily because he can't get out there. In the morning a little
girl rushes out into the garden but the Boxer streaks ahead of her and she
watches in awe (as the music builds and becomes more dramatic) as the boxer
leaps onto the trampoline and jumps.
Aldi and M & S also have good Christmas adverts this year.
