Hi Jackie,

I had to call Vodafone to arrange to have my number set up to work with 195.
As far as I am aware it's free. I haven't been charged so far.

All the best

All

To avoid getting conned, I ring the 195 number on my landline, quoting my
PIN as one does, then ring the number on my mobile if I have to go out and
need to do that. I've asked Vodafone about it, and they don't seem to know
anything about 195 Free Directory Enquiries, so I just don't bother. If I
were in a situation where I had to get a number on the mobile, I'd have to
investigate it further then. From what I've heard and been told by friends
who use it on various networks, none of this Directory Enquiries business is

clear-cut is it?
