Hi Chris,
it's ironic that a service available to blind people needs a printed
form! Did you ask for alternative format of your choice? Otherwise it
sounds a bit like the Groucho Marx epigram: I wouldn't join a club that
would have me as a member!

Hello all.
Just to say I rung them. The lady quickly asked for my pin. So with
trial and error I told her I didn't have one and asked to be put through
to registration. They are going to post the application form today.
