Hi Steve.
07 numbers are used for personal numbering services like find me follow me
services, fax receptioning and virtual office assistants as well as pagers
and mobiles. Its usually the third number after 07 which determines what
the tarrif will be, I was once stung when I called what I thought was a
mobile number, it turned out to be a personal number.
