John & Board, I came accross the following website from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (Microsoft). www.gatesfoundation.org/united-states/Pages/program-overview.aspx In reading through the various other pages it appears they only provide grants to 501-C organizations for health care and education. That would qualify Abilitiessoft. It may be worth while to investigate further. Given John's STEM award it should give up a leg up on getting a grant. It took some time to get it filled out and reviewed. As soon as we have the letter from the IRS we will start work on Directors and Officers Insurance. There may be some difficulty finding money for the premium. John -- John J.
