Right, quorum is the total voting body, so at least 10 here. I think most of
the abstentions were non-members. At any rate, we're in the clear. I'll take
care of updating the charter.

The 10 votes is enough in any case.

"A voting quorum at a Membership Meeting shall be no less than twenty-five
percent of Active, Full, and Lifetime Members, as reported by the Scrivener."
By my count, we have 27 current members, so quorum is seven, and yesterday's
vote carries. Did I get that right?
