Bear in mind that the mobo has only 4 memory slots and you want 16gb minimum =
2x8gb boards of Colin's suggestion leaving 2 more if you want to double up one
day. Also the onboard graphics would use up to 16gb if you were using in which
case I would double up BUT I think you are using a plugin GPU so 16 should be
ok, just go as big and fast as you can afford on memory.
SSD should be fine. I run a 256G (windows) and a 1Tb. These days go 1Tb as you
are.
I don't know much about AMD processors but get the fastest you can and I would
say at least 4GHz+ on boost if not normal running. 4 cores should be ok but you
might want 6.
I don't see what cooling is offered (probably stock air cooler) but
watercooling will take any temperature issues away especialy if overclocking.
