Gentleman,
The following individuals need to get these medical appointments taken care of.
Either they have not done them or medical has not recorded that they have.
Either way, they need to be taken care of. When the LT has completed the
appoinment let me know.
For vision and hearing there are walk-ins on Monday and Wednesday. Appointments
may also be made if they cannot get to a walk-in. It is up each LT how they get
this done. Recommended times for the appointments are over lunch during ASAT
week, May 14-16th or May 21-24 during IPB/TLPs. Also, if we finish a day early
they can try to get in.

Hearing - Bassma, Berkowitz, Brock, Galarrita, Gill, Heintzelman, Laicer,
Loftus, Plasencia, Todd, White
